you can go a bit too far with the rules.I actually use GPS logging devices without screens for myself and for coaching, so I wont be affected. A friend of mine brought some of these devices (by Wintec) to Israel and tried to market them (unsuccessfully), so he gave me one for testing. Recently I bought two more of the remaining ones from him.
