and the most fun for their athletes. We know the people wew are racing against and can set up specific tatctics to target their weaknesses. I ran the 3000m steeplechase on Friday and followed up with the 5000m on Saturday, even if my Achilles tendons have been troublesome. As NAU needed my points from the races I ran, I would not have started in an individual race. I took out the steeplechase kind of hard forgetting that 1000meters of altitude in Missoula still slows you down. The race ended up being a slow one, but as I came into the…
