seem so I just tried to stay positive and think about little race processes and hope my knee would survive.Sunday 3rd May: British Long Champs. Things were as bad as they seemed! In fact they were worse. I finished 6th after a fairly solid technical race. What now?.. Keep it in perspective. Be patient.routegadget part 1routegadget part 2 (course 3 = W21E).The next day I wasnt so depressed, the long race didnt take much out of me and my knee was fine.
