Cup "Ruse" 2009
Today the "Ruse" cup was held in forest-park Beli Lom. I decided to take part in it the night before but still everithing was according to the plan. The mens course was 8.8k long with 25controls with a map change. Pleasant courses and nice weather made the competition good training…

for the upcoming national champs in long and sprint next weekend. I ran well except the two 1min-mistakes I made for 1st and 15th controls. The terrain wasn`t steep and the forest was clean so I ran mostly straight. I won the race with 47:11, second was Vlado Atanasov - 48:59 and third Nikolay Dimitrov ? 50:03.MAP: 1 partMAP: 2 part
