felt well before the start so I begin my race with good level of self-confidence. I ran well in the beginning but a hesitation for the 5th control costed me a 1:30. I didn`t thought it is a big miss then so I continued my race calm. I made some small mistakes ? 30s for 13th, 20sec for 15th, 30sec for 16th. I passed the refreshment on the 17th control with a good feeling and went forward. I made my first stupid miss on the 19th control where I wasn`t concentrated enough ? 1:30. I continued with the same rhytm…
