it a lack of running in Nordic terrains or bad preparation (taking it too easy?) After last weekend I didn’t take it too easily anymore, and made i.e. three long aerobic training during the first three days. Unfortunately the good mood I had achieved was for no use, after I hit my eye at a tree already on the first leg. I tried to run and orienteer and I decided to cancel the FinnSpring individual race already on the fifth control. The terrain and course are definitely worth of a look!
