Middle final: 15th place with better feeling

Long final: 18th place after very nervous morning I cannot remember any other occasion that would make me so nervous as yesterdayâs long final. Since the start was in the afternoon, I had few hours to think about the race. Actually, I did my best not to think about it. I tried to read a book and I also avoided all looking at maps. But I did not manage to calm my body down. Even my stomach was not relaxed and I had to force myself to eat lunch. Usually I do not have any problems of this kind and…
