before Tiomila, all our first team runners participated in the elite series sprint in Helsingborg. I was not sure whether it was the best way to prepare for Tiomila but I also wanted to use the opportunity to run a forest sprint as I might run sprint at WOC. Unfortunately I did not have a good run, took some bad route choices and did not feel strong physically. I finished 21st, about 2 minutes behind Signe.
