yet even near to it’s top, but neither are the World Champs in May. Situation is very good in every way. An eight-day training-camp included over three hours of intensive training, which of 1.45h over the anaerobic threshold, 17h training in total, 165km and 4000m climbing. Check out Minna’s pages for further information about the TC. During this week I’ve taken it easy, because Tiomila starts tomorrow! Towards Tiomila then, but first a quick visit to Tampere and my sister’s family.
