Rarely I feel as calm and trustful as now - already in April - with the maps and terrain in the next World Champs. Orienteering felt easy all the time and the goals were easy to achieve in the trainings (unfortunately those links only in finnish). The physical condition isnt…

yet even near to its top, but neither are the World Champs in May. Situation is very good in every way. An eight-day training-camp included over three hours of intensive training, which of 1.45h over the anaerobic threshold, 17h training in total, 165km and 4000m climbing. Check out Minnas pages for further information about the TC. During this week Ive taken it easy, because Tiomila starts tomorrow! Towards Tiomila then, but first a quick visit to Tampere and my sisters family.
