type. Even though the formations dont seem to be too demanding, its quite easy to slip from the red line when you start running around the big negative forms. In Hungary the trainings were more continental with green areas and big hills. During the weekend, we also competed among some other national teams in Postas Cup. On Saturday morning we had middle qualification which went quite nicely but in the afternoons finals I orienteered like a wild pig and made some nice circles worth of 5 minutes.
