A good week passed... My sore muscles were bothering me the whole week since the last exhausting weekend but there was no real problem. I made a couple of good trainings in the end of the week and I participated in two competitions around Varna during the weekend.Saturday (11.04) the…

competition was on the map just to the village Preselci. The terrain was quite known for me since I have run twice there. And the last one was just a month ago. Even that the weather was a bit colder than the previous days it was a nice competition. The M21 course was 6.3k with 19 controls. I made a stable race with few small mistakes ? noticeable 13th, 15th and 16th. In the end of the course I was pretty tired but finally I got the fastest time ? 39:01.
