slow load carrying seems to have helped strengthen up some of the ass weakness contributing to my knee problem. Now I can run for up to 90 min without pain but Ive been home over Easter weekend, skipping the JK. This made sense, I needed training & rest more than travel & racing.Maybe I wont be running as fast as Cheetara down in Skåne, but Ill try to have the cunning of Wilykat to find the controls (kart, ikke fart!). For anyone born in the 80s having any trouble getting pumped up for Tio Mila, this might help?
