Since I was allowed to run again, I have done some pretty good sessions, but limited to under 80 and the running has been exclusively on soft ground. Pain hasnt been very present, only when I have been forced to run some meters on hard ground or when the duration…

has exceeded 80, so I have been extremely happy with that.!! Ok, there were days better and days worse, but thats normal in a healing process and it goes the right way!!. Minor problems like starting to talk like I would be drunk when the jaw get tired (puh, articulation can really be a challenge, especially with words containing "sch" or "ΓΌ") or the right corner of the mouth hanging down when I get tired, those things are irritating, but not deadly ;). And at least people around me has some entertainment when I start to slur like a drunk…
