Nat. Champs 2008).I believe I did a good preparation work in the winter, including f. ex. a 175 minutes long run on terrain and several other 2 hour long trainings. But one circumstance I was not used to was present: the sudden warm weather. Although it had arrived earlier in the week ? I couldn?t cope with it. And I didn?t really run on sun before. I must say that because I was weak not only in the last part of the course (where it?s a certainity) but right from the beginning. I had very slow splits. Just like when…
