no Plano de Estágios e Provas de Selecção do Projecto de Desenvolvimento Técnico da FPO e tem como objectivo permitir a preparação e evolução técnica dos atletas e promover a criação de um espírito de grupo e partilha de conhecimentos.Este estágio tem o apoio do CPOC ? Clube Português de Orientação e Corrida e da Câmara Municipal de Mora.
