Hungary and Trondheim during the week. I had to keep my trainings quite short (but intense!) due to a knee injury which appeared quite early in the week and instead added in some alternative training, mainly borrowing Dave Rollins bike and finding a long gradual hill to beast up & down, & up & down... Thanks Dave! (..and Bilbo, Gareth, Jase, Jenny and especially the cooks!)The extra special treat for the end of the week was a classic distance race on Culbin (routegadget).
