an absolute no-go, it hurts really bad. But thats the nice thing about doing orienteering - you dont necessary need to run on a hard surface! The running it-self felt pretty good, my legs actually felt better than they did begin of February, so that makes me optimistic. Today weather is back to "normal" - rain and 10° instead of the nice, sunny 20° yesterday, but hey, no rain, no gain - Ill now head out for a small hour of running. Yes, life is actually pretty nice!
