Iaaaahhhhhhh!!!!! 83 minutes on the bike, inclusive 40 minutes mountain biking. It felt just fantastic!!! No pain, no trembling legs! really imagine to run, since bouncing still cause some nerve-twitching, but if the weather tomorrow comes like it is forecasted, I think Ill give it a short try anyway. 20°C - I just cant miss out on that one :).
