I will start the article with some information about the training camp which was held in Lukovit and was a preparation for the 54th Balcan Cross Country Championships. The most of the team with many trainers took part in the camp and we almost filled one of the hotels in…

the city. I thought a lot about what is better ? to train or relax on such camp ? just before the champs. Finally I decided to take the middle option and all of my trainings there were easy running except two interval sessions (3x 2k and 3x 1k). It would be much better if I had a week after the camp ? then the effect from the camp would be bigger.
