Collegiale a Valdobbiadene (TV).
Da martedi fino a ieri mattina ho partecipato al collegiale del GS Forestale nella loro caserma sportiva di Valdobbiadene (TV): obiettivo principale è stato la finalizzazione della preparazione in vista delle prime due prove di Coppa Italia che si disputeranno tra una settimana a Moriago della Battaglia e a Tarzo…

Per questo ci siamo allenati nella zona di Gai (martedì e venerdì) mentre per la notturna ci siamo spostati mercoledì a Caldogno (VI) ospiti degli amici dellErebus Vicenza, dove cè stata una bella mass start (one man relay) tirata fino alla fine. Per il resto lavoro in pista, intervall training, potenziamento e corsa lungo i sentierini del Piave. Aspetto fiducioso la notturna, potrebbe essere un buon punto di passaggio per la terza Coppa Italia e per i Campionati Italiani, penso invece che soffrirò parecchio la gara long di Tarzo: come sempre staremo a vedere!
