Evora and continued with 3 days of intensive training in Mira. The races gave me the first opportunity of this year to compete against some of the best runners. I was happy to see that I am in a good shape and probably also on a little bit higher level compared to the last year. In Mira we had 6 high quality orienteering sessions, all with SI-time keeping.
