A new guard from yesterday's sprint team - but from the same mould, they have a different task. The long race is the traditional full-on epic race where mind over matter must last for well over 80-100 minutes. They must concentrate when their legs are tiring, keep focused on the task and avoid slipping into thinking how they are performing, what's happening and any other random distraction. Concentration must be intense but they also need to judge when it needs to be extra intense and when to relax it just a bit. Pictured: Jamie hopes to emulate his past WOC…
