the kilometers with this camp - as it was now the end of the second demanding week. I broke my previous best both in week km-data and in durations, too.After arrival on Thursday we began the trainings with a course with areas of free-chosen control order. It was a good warmup for the forthcoming trainings and also intresting. I took it easy as yesterday - on Wednesday I ran a quite demanding 100 minutes in the Budakeszi-forest. I dont know exact course data (~ 7,5km), I took 27 controls and had a total time of 59:35. On the same course…
