Ieri sera ho corso l’ultima “prova” del circuito Night-BO organizzata dal Marconi 93 presso il Centro Sportivo Cà de Testi a Sasso Marconi: la formula proposta prevedeva 3 sprint consecutive che si snodavano fra il centro storico ed i parchetti del paese bolognese. carta, correndo i tre diversi giri rispettivamente a 4’36”/km (con la luce), a 4’23”/km (metà con la luce e metà con il buio) e a 3’55”/km (tutto in notturna) con un recupero di 2’ tra un percorso e l’altro. Le carte come sempre si trovano nella sezione risultati. Intanto un grosso “in bocca al lupo” a coloro che domani prenderanno il via ai Campionati Italiani Sprint di Firenze: io ci sarò per fare il tifo aspettando la forma che, per logici e fisiologici motivi, deve ancora arrivare!
