always considered that running sprint races in winter were a good preparation for the other distances. So, I ran those trainings as seriously as possible.The first one took place in Mollans sur Ouvèze on Saturday. I did there my main mistake of the week-end while not noticing the tunnel near the 7th control and went for a long detour which cost me 30 extra seconds… Hopefully, I was slightly more open-minded to the 8th and used the narrow passage, but this kind of mistake isnt acceptable.
