diary to suit your own wants/needs.There is a reports function for geeking over your training totals and you can categorise training according to your own categories and also intensity.I believe the developer was an American orienteer called Ken. Reports that he is the Ken (aka Barbies boyfriend) have not yet been confirmed. Congrats to him, the site is growing in popularity! And its this that is causing me a little frustration!
