Friday evening it didnt start very well as I twisted my ankle on a quite good technical training at home. Finally after few hours of thinking I decided to travel anyway to England and ran safely (taping and strapping) the O-training organized on Saturday. The competition was held on a nice area (fast, quite flat but sometimes tricky in the green areas) and had a very good start of the race.
