made 6th place - a podium position. She ran brilliantly and the smile from this morning just got loads bigger. Pictured: Helen Bridle - Credit: Digisport And the good story continues, Graham Gristwood had an excellent start with his run and although he lost time in the last section with a small miss it was still good enough for 9th place - which is so exciting and he is a happy man. What is so brilliant and exciting from all these runners is that there's more to come, still room to improve and that just bodes so well for Britain…
