climbs - and mostly in the afternoon there were technical trainings (Swedish-course, Mass start with gaffling, Line-O etc..). I ran 130 kilometers this week - mostly on terrain, and a total amount of 13 training hours. Both data are highest ever for me.I decided to focus now in this post on the two mass start trainings.
