Da giovedi sera a sabato sera ho preso parte al primo raduno ufficiale 2009 della nazionale italiana che si è tenuto a Lucca nellimpianto cartografico delle Pizzorne: sotto la direzione del nuovo allenatore Jaroslav Kacmarcik, coadiuvato da Maurizio Ongania e da Vincenzo Crippa, noi atleti senior assieme alla squadra junior…

ci siamo incontrati per preparare al meglio la stagione che inizierà sabato prossimo con i Campionati Italiani Sprint. Un campo che a mio avviso ha avuto soprattutto lutilità di farci conoscere al nuovo allenatore e che ci ha permesso di creare e fortificare la coesione tra noi atleti. Questa mattina poi ho deciso di far girare le gambe alla prima prova nazionale Centri storici nel Campus Universitario di Parma (non proprio un centro storico...): una gara tirata al massimo che conclude un intenso periodo di carico (soprattutto allenamenti tecnici) trascorso tra Spagna, Roma e Toscana.
