a me più ostici, allenamenti di qualità. Durante la lunga distanza collinare di Giovedì mattina (a La Muela, nel distretto di Murcia) e la one-man relay del pomeriggio, però, la stanchezza psico-fisica si è fatta sentire in modo pesante; così ho ridotto quantità e qualità degli allenamenti negli ultimi giorni del raduno, comprese le due gare sprint e middle (valida per il ranking internazionale) corse a ritmo controllato per evitare ripercussioni della crisi (ho scelto di non partecipare alla lunga distanza per recuperare al meglio, sostituendola con un allenamento più tranquillo nel pomeriggio).Così è stato ed il problema sembra rientrato;…
