Training Camp Alicante 2009
Rientrato questo pomeriggio da una proficua settimana di training camp trascorsa in Spagna nei pressi di Guardamar del Segura (Alicante) con Alessio Tenani, Klaus Schgaguler, Antonio Loss, Michele Caraglio e Giacomo Seidenari. In totale 144,6 km per 13 ore 28 minuti spalmati tra riscaldamento, defaticamento, morning session e specifici allenamenti…

tecnici: 3 long, 5 middle, 2 notturne, 1 sprint, 2 mass start (le carte sono visibili nella sezione risultati). Nei prossimi giorni cercherò di creare una fotogallery del campo. Sono molto soddisfatto, oltre che stanco, dopo questo periodo di allenamenti: ora una giornata di pausa (nella quale mi farò nuovamente visitare da un fisioterapista per la caviglia e il ginocchio) e poi si riprende con altri 5 giorni di allenamenti nel Lazio ed in Toscana con la Nazionale italiana.
