New Season - looking good so far

The orienteering season started early this year. The first training camp with Pan Kristianstad start on the 3rd Jan in freezing conditions in southern Sweden preparing us for Tio-mila on home turf. With a few new names on the club roaster the team is looking better and better for Tio-mila…

and the spirit on trainingcamps are higg. Everyone is very much looking forward to this years Tio-mila where we have a team there can keep up with the best. Have been three times in the southern Sweden for training more technical orienteering and to be able to do a lot of hill training just in January 2009. So training is going as scheduled and Im looking forward to the break with a training camp in Portugal in late February.
