see my shape now on such race without a specific preparation. How far I can go without it?! :)During the last two weeks I had the needed time to train. Sometimes I ran during the lunch break, sometimes I was cooling down on moonlight but sometimes I had enough time like the last two days.During the first week (26.01-01.02) I was taking it easy.
