Una settimana da... atleta & cartografo!
E terminata la settimana di scarico dagli allenamenti nella quale mi sono dedicato alla cartografia, un hobby molto impegnativo (tecnicamente e fisicamente) ma che allo stesso tempo mi regala tante soddisfazioni e un senso di piacevolezza quando me ne sto solo soletto nel bosco... ho completato laggiornamento di ValleGelata (VT) e i nuovi rilievi della Macchia di Gattaceca (Roma): questultima in particolare è un terreno carsico ricco di dettagli, con un bosco velocissimo intervallato a tratti più lenti, ideale per gare middle. Probabilmente la carta più difficile che abbia mai rilevato (se la gioca con Triangia, Sondrio). Durante la permanenza laziale ho effettuato poi due allenamenti tecnici, un divertente fartlek notturno con Zarfo nel quartiere della Garbatella e il primo allenamento tecnico di sempre nel nuovo impianto di Gattaceca: fantastici entrambi!!!
