Anita in the afternoon. It has been snowing quite a lot the last days, so the forest resembles a winter-wonderland. Extremely beautiful! We took the round over Schafberg, Michaelaberg, Häuserl am Roan, Hermanskogel and more or less the same way back. I have no idea how many kilometers, but it is a really nice round and with its 780m climbing perfect for the upcoming WOC. I really enjoyed the 2h running and came home with more energy than I went out with. I love such a training!This week I will go on with basic endurance again. The plan consist out…
