season, i was struggling with an insistent knee injury. As I was not keen to take the whole damage into the new season I set a clear stop and started a therapy and reduced my training drastically. And I had success with these tactics - ok I started slow with the running and was training mostly in the water. But after a week of daily running I was heading confidentially towards the warmth in Dullstroom, South Africa.
