track sessions has pushed me on the limit when it comes to staying the speed, but somehow I like it that way. Strange that you can actually like the feeling of lactic acid pouring out of every cell you got... The runs on competition speed in the forest have been pretty though due to the snow, but last week I think we succeeded in using that as an extra motivation.
