Garmin FR405, nice training-tool
Just around Christmas I got the newest GPS-watch of Garmin ? Forerunner 405. It`s a nice watch which makes your training analyses very precision. It measures the distance, pace, heart-rate, height difference and you can view a lot of graphs, route on an orienteering map or GoogleEarth and so on…

afterwards. I think that it is quiet usefull for an orienteer or at least nice to train with. You can find out more about the watch on Garmin.com.During the past three weeks I have been in Sofia for the holidays. I trained most of the time together with Kiril Nikolov who is in Norge now for a training camp with his new club ? Halden. Neither the weather nor the holiday and parties were obstacle to my trainings. I trained well and ran almost 320km these three weeks. I`m still free of injuries and illness although I missed the training…
