some really nice sessions. Maybe Ill even end up with strong arms! Now I will rest for 3 days and then go skiing again at the weekend. After that training will be a mix out of long sessions (XC) and fast running sessions (uphill, speedwork, track). Finally it is also fix, end of February Ill leave the winter for a 10day training camp in Portugal. Juhuui, allready looking foreward to it!
