I`m still free of illness and serious injuries so I`m very happy and hope it will be so in the new 2009 year!By the way on 26th of December we combined the training with a Christmas cross which was held in the snowy alleys in the park near the national stadium ?Vasil Levski?. The results in mens class are: 1. Rosen Lilov, 2. Kiril Nikolov 8:56 (2:58, 2:59, 2:59), 3. Ivan Sirakov 9:13 (3:02, 3:09, 3:02). The lap was 910m long and we ran 3 of these ?…
