am allready looking foreward to!Todays training was a 90` easy run on the lake. Yes, ON the lake!. The ice is probably 1M thick and with only some mm of snow on it, it was perfect for running. Companied by an old schoolfriend, I had a perfect time, enjoying the nature, the fog and the absolutely plane ground. Due to some sickness after my last school-week, my shape is not amazing, but there is time enough. And when your body gets sick, then it is a sign that it needs some rest.
