to knee problems. I could start real hard running tainings just a few weeks before EOC. In addition, I had travelled so much and rested so little that I was a little overtrained during one month in the spring and because of which I was constantly ill and tired too. On the other hand, I had been busy doing alternative training, so my physics were only bad in running, not overall.
