First, I have to say that Im sorry that I dont have enough time to do this analysis properly in English but Ill just write down the biggest things in my training last season. So, basically the beginning of my training season went really badly from November till April due…

to knee problems. I could start real hard running tainings just a few weeks before EOC. In addition, I had travelled so much and rested so little that I was a little overtrained during one month in the spring and because of which I was constantly ill and tired too. On the other hand, I had been busy doing alternative training, so my physics were only bad in running, not overall. (training diagram can be found in the training section) So the spring was shit, but hey I was lucky and it all started to go better just before EOC.…
