Vandaag nog eens een goede training gehad.Een zware omloop in combinatie met een heel mooie baanlegging.Ik heb een Dke gelopen vandaag. Mijn best gedaan er eens wat vitesse achter te zetten, maar de snelle start moest ik in het midden van de wedstrijd bekopen. (Ik moet nog leren doo (r)(d)…

gaan als ik het moeilijk heb. Maar de baanlegging was zeker de moeite en een zeer goede middel distance training. Toch nog 1minuut 25 fout gemaakt... Je kan zien op de kaart waar juist.Adriaantje heeft zich ook weer goed laten zien (je ziet dat he, dat hij terug aan het trainen is ;))!
