parte da manhã, com algum disnível e muita pedra à mistura.Na parte da tarde realizou-se o sprint na vila de Idanha apenas para as selecções.O mapa muito técnico com algum desnível e ruas complicadas na parte velha da vila. No Domingo realizou-se em Oledo a prova de distância Longa em que a chuva e o nevoeiro voltaram a marcar presença.O mapa fácil tecnicamente com muitos muros, pedra, vegetação rasteira e com pouco desnivel
