potenziamento in palestra, esercizi di mobilità, tanta salita ed il buon corto veloce che ha segnato anche il mio rientro ai cross (corse campestri) dopo quasi due anni. Il programma 2009 sta prendendo sempre più forma ed entro Natale tutto dovrebbe diventare ufficiale...in questo mese lavorerò anche per questo!Nelle immagini: carte degli allenamenti a Miane-TV (long, con intertempi); Carrega-PR (long, con neve); Lago-Sottocroda-TV (ripetute lunghe, con intertempi); giro del medio di stamattina a Lavino-BO- scaricato su Google Earth (13,73 km).
