a maximal-test. Yesterday things went better. Erwin, our pace-maker, did a perfect job, so the speed was steady all way. It did not feel fast at all, so until the last 100m I was sure that the time would be really slow. It felt like 3:40, in the end it was 3:25.. I think, that with a bit more experience I should be able to run some seconds under 3:20. Well see, there are enough track-trainings to come.
