I couldnt miss the Bosu course. This time I had to stand in the right front corner of the room. Once I had the surprise to turn to the left and to see 35 girls watching at me at the same time. Oups, wrong direction!On Friday I visited the aerobic 1 course. This was maybe the worst course of the 2 weeks. But we had fun anyway:Apart those social lessons two quality trainings took place this week. The first one was an spinning interval session (6, 2x7, 28 and 2x7).
