season this time alternatively by traveling to our first real holiday with out sports. Minna did a good news out of it, worth of a visit definitely. Minnas pages. Some more photos here on my pages, just scroll down. The new season is easily starting already at the moment. Well concentrate on preparedness to start the effective training on 1st of December. Todays training example with some explanations can be found below the news.
