discover aerobic courses.The week started slowly with vekt i sal which was quite a boring course but my arms were sore for a few days anyway...On Tuesday the kick interval was much better and I came to the limits of my coordination abilities.The quality of the training increased during the week and on Thursday I could tried some of the exercises shown in the following video.As I needed a hard session I went to the spinning interval class. I lost about 2 liters during 1 hour and my puls went as high as expected.I couldnt finish the week without a…
